How long will it take for my order to arrive?
When your parcel has been dispatched you’ll receive an email that includes a unique tracking code so you can find out where your parcel is at any time! All items are estimated to be dispatched by 3pm next business day. From dispatch, the estimated metro delivery times are: - Standard delivery – 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends*). Please note standard delivery time to WA and QLD is 4 – 6 days (excluding weekends*) . Due to seasonal and Public Holidays such as Easter and Christmas, delivery times may vary from normal. Please allow extra time for delivery during these peak periods. Please note that delivery may take a little longer to rural areas, so it’s best to order early. *Orders submitted from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening will not be processed until the next working day
What if I am not around when my order is delivered? Who can accept my delivery?
Anyone who is present at the time of delivery can accept your parcel. A signature is obtained at point of delivery for both Standard and Express eParcel deliveries. If no one is available, Australia Post will leave written instructions on how you can collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
